Using the Shopping Cart

To purchase items using our Shopping Cart, simply follow the steps listed below. If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please consult the troubleshooting tips further down on this page.

1. Find an item that interests you by browsing the site using the navigations menu to the left or using the SEARCH feature located in the top menu bar.
2. Click the BUY button underneath a product's descripttion, located by the price to add it to your shopping cart.
3. This will take you directly to your CART where you can amend quantity or delete items. To continue shopping, use the CONTINUE SHOPPING button on the lower right of the Shopping Cart page which will take you to the last page that you viewed. Do not use your browser back button at any time during the order process--this will empty your cart.
4. When you've finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the VIEW CART button found at the top right of every page to confirm items selected for checkout.
5. Click the CHECKOUT button to proceed to shipping and billing information. Do not use your browser back button at any time during the order process.

If you want to modify your order before you complete the checkout process, here's how:

* Want to buy multiple quantities of an item in your Shopping Cart?
Change the number in the quantity box and click the UPDATE QUANTITY button at the bottom right of your order listing.
* Want to remove an item from your Shopping Cart?
Update the quantity of that item to zero or use the EMPTY CART button to empty all of the items from your shopping cart.

Items Missing from Your Shopping Cart?
Our shopping cart uses "cookies", it may be that "cookie-trimming" or file utility software is causing the difficulty. Cookies are necessary for our shopping cart to work properly. Programs such as WebFree, Guard Dog, Cookie Cutter, Cookie Monster, Junkbuster, Watchdog, and even certain browsers can be set to suppress cookies. The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to browser. For example, Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box. If you are using Internet Explorer, click the Tools drop-down menu, then click "Internet Options..." Click the Security tab, and then click the Custom Level button. Click the radio buttons next to Enable beneath both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)." This should enable your browser to accept cookies
Or, have you used the BACK or FORWARD button on your browser? This can empty the contents of your shopping cart. In which case you can add them again and proceed through the checkout process using the button provided.
